Clean building, decent location for all the touristy things, lots of shopping and restaurants nearby, the staff were very friendly!

Though close to everything, it is located in a very busy area which made getting back in to the place a bit of a challenge at night.

The hotel is in a good location. There are a lot of restaurants and shopping across the street.

Upon check-in I was informed by the staff that the location had an unknown policy that prohibited my service dog and I from staying there. I was in town to attend a formal event at a nearby military base. At check-in I was informed that my service dog would not be allowed to remain in the hotel room unattended while I attended the event because " it might bark and disturb other residents and staff wouldn't be able to enter the room". I've travel multiple places with my service dog and I have never encountered this kind of policy. Not all service dogs are needed by their handlers 24/7. The condition I have does not require constant contact with my service dog. The policy, which I was not able to get in written form when I initially tried to check-in, made it impossible for me to stay at the hotel. The Operations Manager, Pamela Kelly, was extremely unprofessional when I asked for clarification because I had no prior awareness when making my reservation. The desk attendant was very attentive during the check-in process, however, Ms Kelly overheard the conversation and proceeded to talk to me from the back office without coming to speak to me face to face. When I requested she come to the front desk the only thing she said was that she couldn't provide me with a copy of the corporate policy but the location was a franchise and that was their policy. She said if I wanted to ask more questions I could wait 20 minutes for the GM to return on-site. I did not want to spend money at an establishment with such bad customer service and restrictive policies. I had to cancel my reservation and find another hotel less than 2 hours before the event start time. It cost me more money to make a last minute reservation elsewhere, but I had no other choice. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone especially someone with a service dog.

Good breakfast. Clean comfortable and quiet hotel. Keurig coffee maker in the room.

Showers, not enough water pressure, specially when you come back of a long day, you need water pressure to relax.

The room was very comfortable! Breakfast was very good!
