Had a great 2 night stay at this hotel. It was easy to check in. Room was clean and comfortable. It was a good size room and bed. Would stay again. Love the diner right next door.
Great location for exploring downtown Toronto, 2 minutes walk to the nearest subway entrance. Theatre close by was a bonus. Reception and bar staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Food and drinks in the bar were good, not a huge menu but what was there was very good and presented well. Room was larger than expected and clean. Nice large comfortable bed.

The hotel is lovely. Great location. Nice roomy rooms. Super shower. Nice decor. Good food. But what this hotel gets absolutely spot-on is the personal touch. They knew my name. Knew it was my mum's bday. Often wished her a happy birthday even after check out when we came to fetch our bags. Made her feel like a million bucks. And that's worth everything. I will be back and I will tell everyone.
CAVery clean and comfortable hotel. Very quiet. Super friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant was delicious- we had breakfast and it was so good! Ideal location just steps away from Massey hall and eaton centre. Would definitely stay again!

USJust around the corner from Massey Hall and a nice walk to Scotiabank arena. Close to so much, I worked out of my room for 3 days, it was perfect. Staff were all lovely.
