I originally booked a different hotel, for a hotel room. Then they called claiming there was a problem and that they would put me up here. After we checked in they said go talk to that guy over there who turned out to be a guy shilling timeshares. So, it was really a big scam to try and sell me a timeshare. I told them to go to hell. In the end though, I got a nice big room for the price of a hotel room. Thanks.

Overall great property, however had an issue with the floorboards in the kitchen having water come up from them when stepped on.

We had the 5 room King suite for my wife and I. Oldest son and girlfriend had adjoining studio. Middle son also joined with room upstairs. Very accommodating set up. Front desk staff super helpful and friendly. Room was amazing, double bathroom, washer/dryer in room. Separate Kitchen/dining was plenty big enough for 5 at Breakfast. I can't imagine finding more roomy accommodations at the value we got. If you go check out Surry seafood excellent, and worth the free ferry ride and downtown Sheffield is a very quaint visit, especially the courthouse

All though the overall trip was very nice we won't be going back for a long while. We were told that we had to attend a timeshare presentation to get the gifts that was left for us. So, we went to the time share presentation with the catch that the Airnb owner that we rented from left us welcome gifts. It turned out that we had to go to Club Wyndham Kingsgate. We went through the presentation and after so many hours of the staff running back and forth trying to persuade us, we gave in and signed up. But once we got to the closing part, we told them that it was not for us and that we wanted out. They made us pay $36.50 to cancel at least that's what we were told. One month afterwards we found out that we have a time share and it was signed with my husband, and I signature that we did not do. P lease be aware of what they are trying to do to people. Now we owed them $40,000 for a property and $4,000 for a credit card that we never asked for!!!!! I gave it that rating because of what they are trying to do to me and my husband.
