The room cost was very reasonable. The room was very clean and spacious and the elevators were fast. The location was IDEAL !!! I plan on staying here again. We found out afterwards that our floor was managed by a different company than the one that manages the entire building. Vacasa. They gave us bad information. They said there was no front desk to check in - wrong. They said there was a lockbox and a key - wrong. Check in was VERY confusing and frustrating until my wife went inside and found out that there was a front desk. The staff was super helpful and the rest of the stay was a joy !! Now that we have been there once, we won’t go anywhere else.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but I do believe in providing honest feedback that can help others make informed decisions. The place was spacious and as described… however, there were a few things that made the stay not as enjoyable. Bathroom had mold in the ceiling and shower curtain… Major health hazard that should be addressed… Place was outdated and felt

I pay extra for a room with ocean view, and they just give me a room were you can barely see the water, I call and whoever answered told me they were gonna call me, and they never did, the place is nice, it was clean and with everything you need to cook, but it’s upsetting making an effort to pay extra for a room, and then you get something completely different, for me that’s a way to trick people by saying “ocean view” just cause you can see a small part of it, they should be more honest in the description and the pictures, so you ain’t paying for something that is not real!

The property had alot of construction going on.. and wasnt very up to dated with other places ive stayed at.. it was ok overall but nothing I'd book again

The property felt extremely dirty. I understand it is under construction but it was ridiculous on how badly the conditions were. The floors in our room were sticky, the couch's were sticky. Only good thing about my stay was the view from the balcony and the girls at the front desks politeness.

The view was amazing. The mattress of the sofabed was very uncomfortable as well the pillows. One of the closest doors was broken. Storage/closest was filled with paint buckets and other carpentry supplies.

Beach was great. Chair service was on point. Pools were nice. Didnt try thr bar or food. Beds were worn, had large sink hole on both sides.
