Sea Air Inn & Suites - Downtown - Restaurant Row

The inn is very close to all the shops and great restaurants. The guy at the counter was friendly and even recommended a few places to get breakfast.

I wish the floors and the tub were properly cleaned before our arrival.

There were a few areas of improvement: 1)floors are always a problem in the hospitality business and the floor in our room was no exception: quite dirty and I advised my wife to wear shoes or socks when walking on these floors. Smell: the room was overly perfumed - it makes one wonder what they're trying to cover up. 3) the TV laminated channel guide is either out of date or the TV does not receive all of the channels listed. 4) the mattress springs were a bit noisy. 5) the chairs around the side-table could use n upgrade.

the location is excellent. The parking lot is easy to park and maneuver in. The bathroom and shower were functional and pleasant.

Great location: between downtown and the waterfront. Rooms were simple but updated and very clean

It was boxy nothing like feeling like you’re at the beach one window, old amenities and appliances. Dirty.

Huge room. Cheaper Price. Friendly staff. The rolm was clean and the heater worked great. The location was perfect as well.

Nothing comes to mind

Bed was super comfy. Probably the comfiest bed we’ve had so far from the different hotels we’ve stayed in. We had a gorgeous view out our window of the bay and the proximity to everything was great. We didn’t have cleaning staff come until the middle of our stay, but they did a very thorough job.

The fridge froze some of our items despite being on the lowest freezer setting (if not off). The shower pressure and shower head made it difficult to take a good shower. We also really wished for a fan or some other ventilation in the bathroom.
