Location

Room was not cleaned daily. I had to go to reception to ask for toilet paper - none was left in ensuite. Fire alarm went off - we had to evacuate while fire department checked rooms , when fire department left we were left standing out in the cold on the side of the road as no staff came and advised us it was ok to re enter the building. A guest came and told us it was ok to go back inside.

Property was old. Carpet stained, insects in bathroom, bathroom cramped and room cramped. Breakfast finished at 9 weekdays, not long enough

It was a beautiful room with lovely facilities

It wasnt sound proof at all. I could here my neighbour sigh. Rubbish trucks and I was on level 8 with the window shut. Lots of internal noises all night long, unfortunately
