Los cobros del late check-in y check-out, que al hacer una orden al cuarto no llegaban a tiempo, el que una vez empieza una película, se cierran las puertas y no le dan acceso a otros huéspedes que deseen entrar para ver la película y el que no pongan en los baños papel higiénico extras.

Tucked on the side of the mountain, this property gives you everything you need to relax and enjoy your star. Right down to a washer and dryer in the room. Staff was very pleasant and helpful regarding the local area restaurants and grocery stores. I highly recommend the Club Wyndham Bentley Brook.

Clean, remodeled and lots of room for our family

When we arrived the room we were given had AC blasting and set to 53. Had to call down to front desk 3-4 times for them to finally take us seriously. Girl told us it would warm up in 15 min. We waited the 15/20/30 min and nothing. Still freezing cold and up to 55. Then once tech came he agreed it was too cold and would take a while to warm up and switched out room. So ultimately they did the right thing. Just hate that our trip had to start that way.

Everything except the staff was not very friendly during the day. The man & the woman the last day of our stay were almost rude just not friendly & not what you would expect. We will be back & hopefully they are nicer or have new people because we absolutely loved everything else!!! Maybe it is because we are not local!? We are from California but we looooove our tourist❤️

The location & the amenities

Hotel is cute. Great suites and very well equipped. Living room furniture is so uncomfortable and hard to sit on. Other guests have also commented about it as well. Visited during late fall and we just had snow. The mountain roads are really not maintained at all with snow on them. Snow down on the premises of the hotel walkways and parking lots. Hotel waited till it stopped snowing to shovel which was at 6 pm. I thin the walkways and parking lots should have been maintained all day. Very slippery getting to car and the parking lots were in bad shape. They have cute little events during the day. Very disappointed in the spa facial that they were going to have the day it snowed at 6:00. Totally understand that the person could not make it because of the roads. The hotel made no announcement that it was cancelled. A bunch of folks sitting in the room waiting for the facial person to show up. Other than the pool and hot tub not much to do in the hotel. The surrounding towns such as pittsfield and other berkshire towns have really not much. I think the only thing to do here is to ski.

This is one of our most favorite resorts and we have been going there for 20 years. Great 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Everything top notch. Very clean and lots of dishes, pots, etc in kitchen. We love their shampoos and soaps! Love to hike in the area - Field Farm is 8 miles away, you will not be disappointed.

Great location. Lots of space. Comfortable beds.

Tried messaging and calling to add my mother’s name so she could check in and never got a call back. They didn’t let her check in so she had to wait hours for me to get there. Check in was confusing- should have better directions in the booking.
