River Mountain Lodge

Location

No air conditioning, no chairs, no cups, tight parking garage

No air conditioning. Pool was closed. Small rooms.

The location was very convenient as it was very close to Main Street.

The bed and the Pillows were uncomfortable. The Hotel offers bare minimum amenities. The room on the third floor was very Hot making it difficult to sleep. Some of the staff had incorrect Knowledge of shuttles and buses.

The location was perfect. The staff are friendly.

The pillows were too soft.

Elizabeth was cheerful and extremely helpful! As was the rest of the staff, I came in contact with. Loved having the room with view of the river! Look forward to future stays at River Mountain!

Location was very close to Main Street.

Very old in the room. No updates . Room smelled of cigarette smoke and the security bar on the sliding glass door was broken. Furniture appeared to be from the turn of the century.

Right on the Riverwalk. Short walk to restaurants and Starbucks.

Nothing I Didn’t like. However coming from the Midwest I am used to having Air Conditioning. I did utilize a box fan and open screened windows.
