"Everyone is very polite and helpful and the rooms are nice."

It was very nice and comfortable. My granddaughter and myself were there for the Art Festival, and we enjoyed the amenities offered especially the hot tub. The room was quiet with very little outside noise.

"the interior lock on the condo door wasn't secure enough for a toddler"

The stay was great overall!

The only reason I’m giving a 9 instead of a 10 is due to the interior lock on the condo door. While it did lock, it wasn't secure enough for a toddler — the door would still open if the handle was pulled, which isn't ideal for a 2-year-old.

"do not stay here ever - pay $5-$10 more a night and just stay at Beaver Run resort on the slopes - a real hotel"

nothing whatsoever

—you have to pay extra to get your room cleaned - abolish this rule now —thin walls, everyone slamming doors and stomping and talking loudly out in halls - couldn’t sleep —doors slam (get better doors or solution) —gym is trash —room was way too small —bathroom was way too small —towels were not given freely unless you pay lol. trash place don’t stay here it’s not even a hotel it’s basically a bunch of individual rental units where you have no support
