Nice area surroundings but facility was disappointing, especially for cost.

We felt like we were coming "home" at the end of the day. The bed and pillows could have been a bit more comfortable, otherwise the place was nice and clean. I would stay here again and recommend it to a friend. I would suggest bringing your own bed pillows and bath towels.

We had a very nice stay, short but very pleasant. Resort was very spread out but easy to manage. Room was small but worked out great for the three of us. Pools were very clean and relaxing. Landscape was a bit overgrown in places. Food at the lodge was very delicious and priced well.

We stayed in a Villa that needs updating. No where in my reservations did it say I needed to provide my own pool towels. There were no tissues and the toiletries such as shampoo and lotion that were used were not replaced. Towels were child size. The blanket in the bed had a stain splattered on it about 5x6 inches. I felt like the office staff were inconvenienced by my asking to have all linens changed. It was gross and ruined the rest of my stay there because I felt like everything else was dirty too. The community is pretty. The pools are small. Not a great place to take kids. I was very disappointed by our experience considering the community it is in. The staff at the desk seem "hands off" to issues and didn't apologize for the experience. I would not go back.

We had the studio king. Very spacious!! Very clean. Bed was a little lumpy, but ok. The kitchenette was nice but no plates, cups, silverware provided. Mini fridge needed defrosting! Overall very nice place to stay. Pool was very nice and clean.

Very clean lodge in quiet setting with country feel. Wish we had more time to do stuff onsite.

Branson is known for its friendliness, but you would not know it by this place. From the check-in center to the gate guard, the staff was one of the least helpful and cheerful I have encountered. The rooms were definitely below the standard that would be expected for the price. I will definitely not book at this resort again.

Linens were not fresh and smelled moldy. The TVs got a horrilbe picture and were outdates..Not enough pillows...Way overpriced for what we got...Hot water was limited....... Thumbs down!

Very nice, quiet and close to Branson attractions while having an open country feel. No maid service to speak of....someone knocked on our door at 8:30 am on the first morning we were there and asked if we needed towels? That was the extent of it. We hadn't even gotten ready for the day that early.

This was not what we expected. It was basically an apartment, not a hotel or resort. It was marginally clean. The bathtub had mildew all in it. With two small children to bathe, I had to clean it before I could use it. The pools were small. We were there for a while and no one emptied trash or did a run through or cleaning like most hotels or resorts. We were quite disappointed in this for what we paid.
