great location, clean beds, friendly and attentive staff, good breakfast selection, but very run down property, breakfast was served in tiny basement that was unable to fit all customers.

toilet flash was barely working so old. balcony floors covered with construction debris embedded in the concrete, and the balcony doors locks was very flimsy, even though adjacent with another room without any separating barrier. felt unsafe
