Room location and cleaning is Nice and set up and views outside were beautiful,

but no WiFi password mentioned and comfortable chair for sit and work... Bathroom tiles should be clean... And bathroom sink out of order. Rest all nice.

The bed was great and the heater.

It wasn’t a motel room. The room was in a cottage at the back of the motel. Staff just pointed at the path and said to follow it. Not what was advertised.

Convenient location

Room was a very poor standard for the price. No working heater and it was freezing. Found another heater outside the room but the plug had been cut off. Bedclothes way too thin for Hobart. Sheets clean but quilt was smelly and stained (no quilt cover). The only blanket we found was covered in blood and other filth, cigarette burns, etc. We had to sleep in our jackets to stay warm. The bed was rock hard and I had to climb over my partner to get to the bathroom. The bathroom was also not clean. The wallpaper was stuck back on with sticky tape. There was no sound insulation and the front door is permanently open so it didn’t feel very safe. It was also extremely draughty and noisy due to blinds etc blowing in the wind. Would have liked to chat with management about all this but reception was conveniently closed until 10am and we left before then.
