Location is great, helpful and friendly staff, nice big room, comfortable beds and good size tv.

Breakfast was very average. We LOVE looking forward to a good hotel breakfast but this one was not great. Kids wanted pancakes - but only were they not part of the buffet but nit even on the menu to order separately. Instead our 14 year old (which we’d paid for the buffet) didn’t want anything so ordered French toast separately which came out mostly burnt. Had to ask for water to be topped up, and toaster was still like bread after one round but then burnt after two. Butter was too hard and ripped the toast. Definitely room for improvements when it comes to breakfast.

1. Dunedin is a small town at the right corner of the earth. Its scenic all around and scenic hotel is located right in the center. 2. Rooms are big and it has all basic infrastructure. 3. It is located at the bus station so going across dunedine is easy. 4. You will get rooms easily without fuss. 5. Staff is helpful
