The location was great with easy beach access and free covered parking. The room was very dirty. After buying bleach wipes and cleaning it felt acceptable to stay. Broken dish washer. Who wants to clean and hand wash dishes on vacation? When I asked at the front desk I was told if I had booked through them and not Expedia they could have done something about it. The band playing there nightly was fantastic.
Bad communication between the third party and resort.
We have stayed at Various places on Shore Drive. This is the first time here. Would recommend to anyone and would stay again!
Our family enjoyed our stay Sands Beach Club. Quiet property, large condo. Close to everything. Customer service was excellent!
Everything was dusty and dirty. There was a pill in the bedroom floor. It was impossible to sit on the balcony because of the marijuana odor from neighboring rooms. Could smell it inside our room as well. Definitely need to update or at least paint appliances. I messaged the property twice while there asking about laundry rooms and check out process and did not receive a reply either time.
We didn't even stay at the property, left and we didn't even receive any type of refund.

Loved where we stayed didn’t have to leave everything was local
After I booked, I read some reviews that had me second guessing my decision. I am happy we decided to go for it. Our condo was beach front and very clean. Yeah there is rust on appliances and such, but it's on the beach. It's what salt water condensation does! The owners can't be expected to change stuff out just because there is some rust. Especially if the appliance is still working just fine! The view was stunning, and everything met our expectations. We stayed in condo 124, and were very happy!
