Floors were dirty. No staff on site. Code wouldn’t work to get in room and had to call and get it reset. Had to wait in the hot hallway for it to be fixed. Someone down the hall was letting their dog run loose. Dog was coming towards me like it would attack. Scared me to death. Parking garage was horrible. I don’t know who built it but it’s too narrow. I shouldn’t have had to back up and drive over and over again to get around the garage to find a spot. AC wasn’t cool enough. Building needs to be updated.

Property was not handicap equipped,roaches was crawling everywhere, the top of the fridge had not been cleaned in i dont know how long and the floors had not been cleaned, the toilet wouldn't flush and sinks would not drain. The batteries on pool lift would not work

The parking sucks but besides that, the stay was perfect. Great view from balcony. Customer service handled issues in a professional manner.
