North Shore Oceanfront Resort Hotel

I love drinks at the restaurant and the hotel the pool the way the rooms are designed

The bathroom could’ve been a little bit bigger

The property is very kid friendly. There is so much for the kiddos to do during your stay. We bounced around from the beach, to the pool, to the water park and the boys went to the arcade while I showered and got ready for our nights out. Also LOVE sitting on the balcony and listening to the ocean which is feet away from you.

The parking is terrible. There’s not enough room and the parking garage is TINY. The beds were not comfortable either but we survived and had a great vacation.

5th floor the arcade was convenient stores was not far bar (salt&lime)was great

Customer service Wi-Fi did not work the whole time the guy at the front was very rude gave us old breakfast The pool was dirty and did not give us any kind of good customer service except for the ladies The mail brokers was very very rude except maintenance The water in the tub did not go down so you had to shower and it was still in there

I’m just going to be honest with you I’m filed so good tanks

I loved the amenities and the location

The room wasn’t cleaned properly, stains on the floor fridge glass wasn’t clean sheets had stains nobody brought new wash clothes or towels or even check for trash during our stay … forgot to take pictures of the stains on the floor and bed

The property is beautiful , clean .

Hot tube could be better need new jets , when I was checking in a girl was on the phone took 20 mins to realize that I I was there !!!

The staff was very nice.

Little pricey. The hotel could use a remodel.

The location was good

The rooms could stand a remodel
