"Hôtel très décevant à tous points de vue et très excentré"

Il faut préciser que cet hôtel est au port donc très excentré par rapport au centre de Sitges. Environ 25 mn à pieds avec beaucoup de dénivelés et d escaliers. Pour accéder à l hôtel il y a un escalier très raide et mal éclairé la nuit. Personnel de l accueil très désagréable (rarement vu ça). Peut être une aversion pour les français. À 15h30 chambre pas faite, on a du réclamer mais rien ne s est passé. On a du attendre le lendemain ( nous y étions pour plusieurs jours). Nous pas testé le petit déjeuner. Dans le quartier du port il n y à absolument rien pour acheter la moindre, il n y a que des restaurants. Nous avions demandé une chambre calme ,avec balcon et loin des ascenseurs. On a eu tout l inverse, pas de balcon , on donnait sur la terrasse du restaurant donc très bruyant, et à côté de l ascenseur. On a demandé à changer de en payant un supplément, mais on nous a dis que l hôtel etait complet alors que ce n etait pas vrai. Bref on ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel

Limpieza mejorable. Además, la piscina estaba frecuentemente ocupada por clases de natación, incluso en horario de descanso, generando ruido y limitando su uso por parte de los huéspedes. Una situación que no se informó previamente.
