There was no sign at the street so it was hard to find the entrance. The staff was unwilling to allow a 1-hr early check-in and gave an insulting reason why they couldn't accomodate that request. I called three different times during the week prior to arriving requesting the early check-in and was told to call the morning of check-in. When I called that morning I was told to call back at 1:30PM. I arrived at the hotel at 1:30, personally requested an early check-in, was told they "couldn't tell the cleaning staff to prioritize cleaning a certain room" and that I would have to wait until 3:00. The front desk woman was not welcoming, did not make eye contact while speaking to me, and spoke too softly and quickly. The room itself had no bathroom fan and the shower door had black mold along the bottom.

All the staff was beyond friendly, kind, helpful and nice. The breakfast had great choices, 24/7 complimentary coffee. Bed was comfortable and the room was extremely clean. My boyfriend came in from out of state and we had a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Highly recommend, we will be back.
