My room shower wouldnโ€™t turn on. Called front desk and spoke to Sandy at 6am. She put in a request for maintenance that was that. I asked to have my room moved she told me she couldnโ€™t accommodate thatโ€™s request. An hour go by I call again to see if there was any update on when someone would come out to fix it she stated maintenance wasnโ€™t in and said she was unsure when theyโ€™ll be in. Maintenance didnโ€™t get to the room until 8am. He comes to try and fix the problem but couldnโ€™t so as he proceeded to leave I asked once again for my room to get changed as I was running late for work. He said heโ€™ll tell sandy. He somehow manage to fulfil the request that I initially requested. All I wanted was a simple room change so to the shower not working and it took 2 hours until maintenance came to get what I needed. SMH

We stayed here as a halfway point to our final destination. Check-in went smoothly. Very friendly staff at the desk. Breakfast was great with many options. Breakfast staff were also very pleasant.
