The location is beautiful

Very run down and dirty in some areas. Food was terrible and customer service not like it use to be.

Loved the resort. The free kids buffet brecky, lunch and dinner was amazing made it so easy. The pools were beautiful. The beach equipment was so good we used the hobie cats each morning for a beautiful sail on high tide. The kayaks were readily available too. The lagoon was stunning so many beautiful starfish and sea cucumbers.

There were a few cockroaches in our room. The cocktails were quite highly priced and the buffet had a lot of fried food, not many healthy options for the price.

The pool area catered well to all ages, and the lagoon room was in an excellent location. While the buffet breakfast remained the same each day, the highlight of the stay was the water activities, which were fun and kept the kids thoroughly engaged. The staff at the activity area were especially helpful.

The room needs some improvement, as the lighting and air conditioning were not working properly, and the TV was glitching.

The facilities were great - pool is amazing and great swim up bar. The rooms are also great, and there are beautiful views of the ocean. Brekky was really good too.

The wi-fi didn't work in our room and even at reception it kept cutting out. This wasn't an issue as we didn't need it, but if you're someone who needs wifi keep in mind! The location isn't walking distance anywhere, you need a taxi or bus. The dinners were also average - best to eat out at restaurants. None of this was an issue though, I'd definitely stay again.
