Staff were helpful. Our room has view, it was surprise for us and we adored it.

Location excellent, staff generally helpful, good breakfast.

Room was very small, definitely not size quoted on booking.com, website but they did waive the breakfast charge on one day by way of apology; I requested twin beds as doubles can vary in size but these were not full width and were located on opposite sides of the (narrow) room (which was too small to accommodate a double bed!). The room was also located up a short flight of steps from where the lift stopped (ie between floors) so would not suit anyone who finds stairs difficult.

The location is perfect if you plan to visit all the christmas markets and museums.

I hate carpets on hotel rooms as they can never be as clean as floor boards. Maybe parking was a bit expensive but still fine.

Super rapport qualité prix. Le personnel très sympa. Localisation géniale pour visiter les marchés de Noël (au bord du Rhin et Heumarkt)

Helpful, professional and friendly staff. Great location. Simple touches in rooms that worked well, like plugs by the beds, hooks in the bathroom.
