The staff were absolutely amazing and very accommodating!

The front desk staff was very good and helpful. The room was fine, not too small. I liked that there was a small fridge in the room.

Room could have been cleaner (spider/dust webs in the ceiling and few drops of sth on the toilet seat when I arrived (perhaps it was from someone poring coffee rests from a cup or sth or in worst case piss)). Thick carpet on the floor, which is grabbing a lot of dust, I prefer less dust sucking floor material. My room was not made up two out of 4 mornings although I had placed a "pls clean my room" on the door. That meant that the coffee wasn't refilled either and not new towels those mornings. I even ran out of toilet paper and hand tissues the last morning. The internet was not stable and sometimes went very low in speed (although Germany is really lacking behind on internet connections and that might just be the reason, Germany is like 10 years behind at least on internet). But the demand today is a super fast and trouble free internet.

Perfekte Lage im Zentrum, tolles Frühstückbuffet. Personal top freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend . Zimmer sauber und hat alles was man braucht. Parken im Parkhaus gegenüber gegen Gebühr möglich. Die Nähe des Parkhaus empfanden wir als sehr angenehm.

Excellent location. Super friendly and cooperative staff. Clean and comfortable room. Coffee machine with complimentary capsule sets. Private underground parking.

The bathroom might feel a bit narrow for XXL-sized guests.

Vinimos para la feria de Anuga y pasamos super bien debido a la cercanía y los restaurantes y cafés bastante buenos.

De locatie

De gordijnen waren nogal ongemakkelijk, ik had een kamer op de eerste verdieping aan de straatkant. De gordijnen kon ik niet open doen want dan kon iedereen naar binnen kijken. In de badkamer was het al helemaal raar, daar hingen aparte schermen voor het raam. Terwijl ik op de toilet zat kon ik iedereen buiten zien lopen (en zij mij waarschijnlijk ook).
