Room service breakfast was terrible. instead of cart it came in a bag,. croissant was not fresh, it seemed if it came from a corner bodega, not what i expected at all.,

Its a beautiful hotel staff is good, buffet was excellent, But after spending so much money it bothers me that I have to paid to park my car. If you spend alot of money parking should be free. and the slots are so tight, no chance to even get play money

This review is for the Hotel only and the Casino is reviewed separately. My friend had a Charter Flight comp and asked me to join her. Our room was a King room on the 34th floor facing the boardwalk and ocean. We stayed for four nights. There are two towers, the Borgata and the MGM. Visitors can use the amenities at both towers. Good 1 - The room was comfortable and had a safe, refrigerator, coffee maker and a seating area next to the window. 2 - There are two pools; the adult pool is in the MGM Tower and the Family pool is in the Borgata. Both pools have a hot tub. The adult pool is long but skinny while the family pool has more space. We used both pools and both hot tubs. 3 - The food court offers a good selection of quick food and small store for snacks and drinks and such. 4 - The JITNEY bus pickup/drop off is located just outside the MGM Tower and you can pay $3 each way to travel to the boardwalk or other areas. A little steep compared to the Casino Hopper in Biloxi. Still convenient and for two people it costs half of what a one way taxi will run you. 5 - Housekeeping was good and friendly as well. 6- There is a nice gym in the Spa in the Borgata tower. Bad 1 - No tub in the room only a shower. MGMs in Vegas and the Beaux Rivage in Biloxi have both tub and shower. Water pressure in the shower was low. 2 - There were ZERO USB plugs in the room. This caused a problem because both my friend and I had cables but no block. We had one charging station for my watch and phone but this had to be shared between two phones. It is 2026, USB plugs should be available without having to purchase one at the stand in the lobby. 3 - Many of the restaurants were closed during our stay. All-in all it was a good stay and we would both recommend it.

Stuff. Indoor pool’s smell was horrible.. after 15 minutes there I started to have a headache because of the strong Clorox smell. Outdoor pools are working only fri-sun.

I asked for a late check out upon check-in and was given until noon asked for that specifically because I was there for a concert event and planned on being up late. Haven’t been to Atlantic City and quite some time and was looking forward to this trip. At 9 AM cleaning service started banging on the door woke us up. Proceeded to be in the hallway outside of our room for the next hour and a half I presume cleaning rooms having full conversations with people in the hallways banging around. Couldn’t fall back asleep the entire time. Again banged on the door at approximately 10 AM at which time finally told her we had a late check out until noon to please not interrupt us again.
