No breakfast was served. I went out to buy foods.

It's an old building, I even fell down in the bathroom. The tiles were very slippery and I was lucky my head didn't hit the toilet, it should have been serious. I wake up the next morning with body aches especially my neck.

We scheduled the room for 4 people, but the room only had 2 towels and 2 washcloths. When we asked for more, they could only find two towels, no washcloths.

stayed here because it was one of the closest hotels to the Scarborough festival. Was not expecting much with the price i was paying, but expected better. Upon entering the room a couple bugs scatter from the entryway which was a little unsettling. No carpet, lots of stains on the floor, walls, ceiling..., top was pealing. roaches in the light fixture in the bathroom. Lamp shades where dirty cracked and torn. One of the beds had cigarette burns in the sheets. the bathtub looked like it had been painted and was peeling. We booked for two night but decided it was better to not come back for the second night and just go ahead and drive back after the festival instead. didn't check out early just left and did not return. The naked drug attic on the floor above us grooming himself on the balcony as where where leaving was a sign not to come back.

Replace the dirty stained lamp shades, replace linens that have cigarette burns in them. Spray for bugs, Touch-up on the rotting corners of walls and doorways. clean up the stains on the floor. charge more and use the money to repair the place. You have a good location and should use that to your advantage.

Literally nothing. This place is a roach motel

Staff was rude and acted like I was wasting their time. We went to the room and it stank of mold. The bed was hard as a board. The final straw was the bathroom. It was disgusting, the shower looked like a crime scene. I went and got a refund, bite they're saying I was a no show. I have a receipt proving they charged AND refunded my card.
