Not only do you have to take your own sheets and pillow case and towels and blankets There were no tea or coffee or milk there Tbey didn't tell us one room you had to go through the garage and up step steps which my daughter inlaw fell down.

The location and size was amazing

The house could be cleaner Kitchen had roaches. Equipment grimy greesy There was a smell in the house. Appliances didn't work can't rely to use washing machine as it didn't turn on all the time. I called someone for dishwasher and no one came or it wasn't fixed.

the views were magical, quite location, beautiful home, plenty of space for a large family the home had everything we needed thank you to the homeowner

driveway was very steep, but my children managed to use it without trouble why i decided to park on street so it wasn't really a issue

The view was awesome but had to look through filthy dirty, grimy windows that had super dusty fly screens. Walking distance to beach access but if you have a trailer for kayaks you can't park it on tiny piece of grass out the front because grumpy neighbours will tell you to move it because they park their two cars there and the driveway is too steep to reverse a trailer up into garage. The deck is run down with rat or possum faeces on it and the bbq was rusted out, the bar area had a film of grease all over it. Very disappointing!

The house was run down, unmaintained, dusty and dirty. The exhaust fans in bathrooms were cluttered with dust which we washed out just so they worked. Thick layer of dust on top of mouldy fridge. Sofa lounge never been swept under, all screen doors filthy dusty and inside all door and window frames mouldy and filthy dirty. Exhaust fan above stove top filthy dusty dirty. Racks in oven dirty, had to clean so could cook Christmas lunch. Will never recommend this house to anyone. Our first airb&b has made us hesitant to try another. Extremely disappointed!! Wanted a nice Christmas with family instead spent a day cleaning a house we paid a lot of money for that really could use a whole week of cleaning. We are not sqatters and this house left us feeling like we were. Disgusted to say the least. Have taken numerous photos because words just can't explain the filth!

*location and view.* Beds were comfortable, pillows were not. Good hot water. Dining suites both indoor & outdoor was comfortable. New ish carpet in lounge area, and new comfortable lounge. New fridge, newish oven. 3 out of 4 hotplates worked - agent was quick to respond.

One bedroom had a very old and noisy air conditioner that didn't cool. Another bedroom had no air con and the ceiling fan didn't work because it had been disconnected, and the sliding door in that bedroom had very grubby screen doors and was the only ventilation available. The kitchen needed a better clean and someone to sort out chipped plates and old utensils. This is a steep block to access, with multi levels inside & out. Back garden was un-kept with broken bricks laying around and drainage/seepage evident. Didn't use the Barbecue.

love the view and the property but wasn’t happy with certain things

the bbq was unclean and disgusting covered in fat and oil and grease ,no towels no soap ,the toilet down stairs smelt horrible like someone had poo in it before and smelt horrible,and their was no air freshener no soap no towels ,or hand soap

great location in cheap price. and great arrangement with plenty of space.
