Dirty rooms, bad smell, unprofessional staff

Location

Rooms too small and full of seepage, couldn’t even stay at night. You cant get outside food too!

He refused to give room through OYO booking but after taking cash and request then he allow us to sleep in room as very savior cold outside on that day. So thanks to him for his gesture.

Said property manager refuse to give room in the name of OYO as he discontinue business with OYO and update in written, still OYO making fools and kept hold customer for such small money . Its very horrible experience that in late night, how to manage and thanks god that i am all alone and if kids with me then its must be again a traffic experience
