The room was large and it was in the middle between Pambula Beach and Merimbula which was convenient. The staff were friendly, I only interacted with them twice, once at the check in and the other at check out.

We stayed 4 nights from Saturday to Wednesday. During that time the room was not serviced at all and we had to resort to using our beach towels for showering. The guest laundry was locked and you needed to ask the staff if you wanted to use it, kinda defeats the purpose of it being a guest laundry imo.

Location to town was good. Room was good size, pool looked inviting Wheelers was great restaurant next door and local pizza was good Gentleman I gave key to on leaving was very good

Paid over 1200 dollars for 3 days, lady at reception should never host as she was quite rude, wasn't public holidays and room was not serviced at all, had to attend reception for milk as none in the room pointed to fridge in corner .didn't move from her seat Parked her car in front off reception area which made it difficult to get around cars lined up booking in or out
