Localização e piscina

Somos clientes habituais do Kenzi Menara Palace há vários anos e, por isso, escolhemos esta unidade do mesmo grupo para uma estadia curta de quatro dias, esperando encontrar o mesmo nível de qualidade e serviço. Infelizmente, a nossa deceção começou logo na receção. Encontrámos funcionários antipáticos, mal-educados, pouco prestáveis e com uma evidente falta de profissionalismo. Os quartos também ficaram aquém das expectativas. O mobiliário era antigo e bastante desgastado, transmitindo uma sensação geral de falta de cuidado e renovação. Foi surpreendente encontrar uma diferença tão grande entre duas unidades do mesmo grupo. Escolhemos este hotel pela confiança que tínhamos na marca Kenzi, mas a experiência ficou muito abaixo do esperado.
