Good location and good service

The room doesn't have an AC unit and the window cannot widely open. I was baking in the room

Bed was comfortable .

The TV wasn’t working . Took time to re fill the food during the breakfast time . in the end , I gave up and started to checked out

The surrounding was terrible, local people 😞

The housekeeping was regular and the breakfast choices were good. The staff were professional. It would be great if we had access to Netflix or Iplayer on the TV.

The coffee machine wasn’t working during our stay.- had to keep pressing buttons. The room was too small for 4 people. There was no space to walk around the bed. It was very cramped and the air con wasn’t cool enough during the very hot weather. We requested to move to another room, but were told there were no other rooms available. The tiles on the floor had mouldy grout. The coffee and tea were bland and also the milk wasn’t replenished each day. There were no additional sheets in the room and we were advised to remove the duvet cover to use during the hot weather. There was a major incident 2 minutes from the hotel, this was rather worrying when staying with children and generally. There were lots of police and forensic vans outside. This was our first visit to this location. There was only one lift in use, it took a while to go up and down.

The location was good and the rooms were OK, not as big as I expected for 2 adults and a child.

The room wasn't cleaned properly, and the bins didn't have bin bags in them.
