Clean and friendly environment. Also for the money got more than you can ask for.
USQuiet area but still close to stores, restaurants and event spaces. Not an overly booked hotel so it was not busy or loud. Breakfast changes everyday so there is a variety.
AC in room constantly shutting off making things very hot. Kitchenette was really unusable without cooking supplies (pots, pans, place setting for 2 when booked for 3). Only 2 bath towels, booked for 3 people. Breakfast is mediocre.

AC didnโt work. Extremely hot in room. Staff gave me fan to help. Hotel was full, and couldnโt transfer us to a new room. Since I booked through booking, couldnโt compensate the nights stay. So I paid for a room that truly was unpleasant.
The attention of the dining hall and cleaning staff was excellent, but the receptionist was very impatient. Furthermore, if the keys have a problem, it's not the guest's fault. It's not fair that if you have a 4-night stay, they don't tell you that you should book a 5-night stay. The grill and pool area have no water. For everything else, it's good.

Air Conditioning does work in the rooms. First room I was in, it was 74 degrees. It was 72 degrees in the hotel itself and at night, the outside temperature dropped to 64 degrees. The room never once went below 71 degrees. I set the thermostat to 69 hours before coming back to the room. I asked another guest about the air conditioning in their room and they had the same issue. I said there was going to be 3 guests and there was only one towel.

This was our first stay here, and we plan to come back to this hotel. It was clean, spacious, the complementary breakfast was very good, with a lot of options. The gym was nice, staff was friendly and hospitable.
