All guests are advised to pre-book spa treatments. Kindly note one child can be accommodated when staying with 2 adults in the triple room. Please inform the hotel if you are arriving with children. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests may be asked to present a credit or debit card in their own name on check-in. You may also be asked to present 3 forms of proof of identity. Please note that when booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please note that pre-paid cards are not allowed to be used for booking. All debit and credit cards provided at the time of booking will be pre-authorized. A hold will be placed on the card for the full amount of your reservation, and these funds will be held for up to 21 days. This pre-authorization ensures the availability of funds but does not charge your card immediately. The hold will be released after the 21-day period or upon completion of your stay, depending on your bank's processing times.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
