De nada

A recepcionista me constrangeu pedindo meu documento, dizendo em público em tom auto que se eu não desse o documento não iria entrar no hotel. Sendo que sou cliente do Hotel e a mesma apresentou documento do logomarca do hotel com meus dados nome, endereço. Apenas apresentei o documento e disse que não queria que tirasse xerox para meus dados não ficarem exposto.

Localização,Espaço do quarto, chuveiro e café da manhã.

Recebemos o quarto desarrumado e não higienizado, fizemos a reclamação saímos para almoçar e 04 horas após voltamos e ainda estava do mesmo jeito trocamos de quarta mas este não tinha cortina, tinha baratas e TV com defeito na tela.
