Ontbijt was niet kwalitatief. Sandwiches in plastiek zakje en afbakbroodjes zijn nu niet mijn idee van een heerlijk ontbijt.

"Wij hebben genoten van de gehele omgeving"

De locatie, redelijk dicht bij het centrum van Geleen. Met veel horeca en winkels. Ook de rust in het hotel was heerlijk ook al was het druk maar daar merkte je weinig van. Wij hadden een kamer voor een paar dagen op de 7de verdieping. Wel aan een drukke weg maar daar hoor je totaal niets van.

Wat zeker tegen viel was de snelheid van de wifi verbinding in het gehele hotel. Werken via laptop is mogelijk maar traag en ook tablet gebruik soms niet te doen. Wat wij ook miste was wie is de supervisor, het brandalarm ging af maar niemand van het personeel ondernam wat. Moeten zelf aan het personeel vragen of wij weer naar binnen konden. Niemand van het personeel kwam naar de verzamelplaats voor informatie. Buiten om het hotel rommelig. Je kon zien dan niemand een ronde deed om dingen op te ruimen. Alleen voor de ingang werd wat opgeruimd.

Prijs ten opzichte andere hotel. Maar 160 euro voor een ok bed met fluffy kussen, klimaat controle werkt niet optimaal
