Inchecktijd is 14:00, onze aankomst was 15:30 en de kamers waren nog niet klaar. Wel opgelost met een gratis ontbijt, maar voelt een beetje makkelijk. Afspraak is afspraak.

There was a fire alarm at 5.45 in the morning, the hotel was evacuated. Sadly the staff was not able to fix the alarm for an hour so it was going off all the time.
