The Spa area was nice, the bed was comfortable, we could charge our electric car for free.

The hotel was disappointing, especially for the price. We stayed for four nights. Our room never got cleaned properly. Housekeeping gave us new water and toilet paper twice, but that's all they did. No clean towels, no vacuuming, etc. Our shower had black mould dripping from the shower head and the room was very dusty. The staff was (with the exception of 1 receptionist) not very friendly and they didn't really speak any other languages than French (even though their badges said they could). The restaurant was very slow. We had to wait for our main course for 2 hours. The staff kept running around without paying attention to the customers. Many tables were being ignored. Breakfast was not very good. On the busy mornings a lot of things ran out quickly, but in general the quality wasn't very high (soggy croissants). The hotel is located next to a relatively busy road, so when you relax at the Spa, you will have the calming background sounds of cars and bikes passing by.
