Location and friendliness of staff

No cream for coffee in the room for two days in a row despite adking for it. (I also think at the room prices a decent coffee machine should be available instead of instant)

Tricky to find currently made worse by roadworks.

Everywhere was clean and tidy, and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. The air conditioning in the room was highly effective, which was a must on the sweltering day I arrived! The shower was also pleasant. I got a good night's sleep. The huge TV with Netflix is a bonus. The breakfast was also fine, though not worth the €18.25 it cost. Breakfast was served from 6am, which was good for me as I had to leave at 7 o'clock.

The mattress was extremely soft, and there wasn't much space to move around, especially in the bathroom - I managed to bang both elbows, a knee and a shoulder during my short one-night stay, and I'm not a tall person.

Das Hotel war schön eingerichtet. Sehr gemütlich, aber schon in die Jahre gekommen. Das Frühstück war auch gut mit Spiegelei, Omelett und ausreichend Aufschnitt und Käse. Die Betten fanden wir nicht wirklich gut, sehr schwammig. Im Badezimmer war der Boden nicht richtig sauber. Die Zimmer wurden nicht gereinigt. Ich habe dann nachgefragt. Mir wurde gesagt, dass man das bei der Rezeption hätte sagen müsste. Wir hätten es wenigstens wissen müssen. Dann ist das ja alles kein Problem.

I think this room was clean, the bed is huuuuge which was awesome. The hallways also were quite quiet, the insonorisation was quite good too as this is a traffic area.

I had some issues with the design of the bathroom. For one the bathroom was very small and I am already a small person. But also there are no lights in the bathroom aside from the one above the sink which did not work for me. And lastly, the shower head did not fit the shower wall adapter? So I always had to hold the shower head to shower which was a bit frustrating. But honestly in many hotels you don't have this either.
