ITWe stayed at this hotel and had a very positive experience. The customer service was excellent: the receptionist was extremely kind and friendly, welcomed us warmly, and gave us great recommendations on what to see and do in the city, making us feel comfortable right away. The area where the hotel is located is very nice and especially convenient, with easy train connections that allow you to quickly reach Amsterdam city center. We definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a pleasant stay, with helpful staff and a strategic location.
