A due passi dal Lumière

Exceptional service by Ilaria, which was one of the best host I've ever had. She facilitated everything through my short stay, made everything very clear to me around keys, installations and breakfast. Got wonderful recommendations of places to visit and eat Both room, bathroom and the apartment were ultra tidy and clean.

The location is pretty good, it is 20 minutes by foot from the main square. There is a big common living room where you can take a tea/coffee. The owner was nice, and her staff as well letting me do check-out an hour later. The room itself was clean but nothing special.

after I checked out the owner stopped being helpful and responsive and she didn’t send me a hotel receipt that i needed for work documents, despite she had promised it before… ;( Also, the owner promised a breakfast but I didn’t find it on the table next morning… The furniture in room was a bit old, especially bathroom..

Great location and easy check-in process. The room is very spacious and the breakfast was very nice, great variety of fruits and lots of other options to choose from. The host was also very helpful and she was there when we arrived 😁

I could not have found a kinder and more hospitable host. She had multiple restaurant and activity suggestions. There’s a great coffee bar at one end of the block and a delicious restaurant on the other.  The room was very clean; and her refrigerator was stocked with yogurt, cheeses, and meats. One could make a fairly substantial breakfast from all the items available.

There is an elevator on the property, but it starts on the second floor (called the first floor in Italy). One must be prepared to carry luggage up a flight of stairs from the street level to the elevator.
