Staff is really helpfull. Location is very good, close to everything and rooms by the lake with a wonderful view.

The bad wasn't good, the matress was all messed up. It could have a complementary breakfast.

The location, right next to the lake.

Heating in the room is inadequate. There is only heating in the main room but not at all in the bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom becomes a meat locker in the morning. Also, the sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable. It should not even be considered appropriate for having more than two people in the room. Also, kitchenware is not adequate either. There is no ventilation for cooking And there are only two chairs for four people. And the whole place was under construction. Overall, not too happy for the price we paid. If you advertised it, deliver what you advertised.
