Good location and luggage storage was available after check-out.

Initially, I was not planning to complain about the room conditions. However, after the way I was treated by your staff, I feel it is necessary to mention these issues as well. After check-out, I was asked to leave the hotel lobby despite the fact that it was raining heavily outside. I had already received permission to store my luggage because my bus was departing late at night. I find it difficult to understand how a member of staff could ask a former guest to stand outside in such weather conditions. This was extremely unfriendly and showed a complete lack of hospitality. In addition, I had to put the duvet cover on the blanket myself despite paying hotel prices. The corridor carpet was damp and smelled musty, and the toilet appeared yellow-stained and poorly maintained.

Decoration is really nice and the hotel location is perfect and it is close to every main popular areas.

Lokalita tohoto ubytování je vynikající. Kousek odtud se nachází Kaufland, prakticky přes cestu a metro M4 na letiště 5 minut odtud.

Hukot z klimatizace/rekuperace, která se naštěstí dala ubrat nebo i zastavit, pokud v pokoji nepotřebujete zimu.
