Access to fresh air

A fantastic stay with great value for money. We would definitely come back. The location is spot on: right on Tolerance Square, yet surprisingly quiet for the city centre, with public transport right at the door. The hotel itself has a great vibe — spacious, clean and well-kept. Our room was very generous in size, with a comfortable queen bed and a couch that slept a third person. The walls are not the thickest, but it never caused any real issues during our stay. Check-in was fully contactless: we received all the instructions and door codes online in advance, which made arrival seamless. There was still always someone at reception when needed, though not on Sundays. A nice touch: complimentary coffee and water available throughout the stay. Another nice touch: lockers to leave our luggage after check-out. Overall, excellent price-to-quality ratio and a hotel we would happily return to.

Nothing to note, as it met expectations. It's an economic stay, do not expect luxury, but it has all the basic you need for a comfortable stay.

La localización era muy buena y la habitación suite era grande.

La habitación y otras zonas comunes estaban muy sucias. La habitación tiene moqueta que ya se por sí no me gusta, pero además estaba sucia. Movimos el sofá donde dormiría mi hija para que la pared le hiciera de barrera y lo que había debajo mostraba que ahí no se había limpiado en meses. Los alféizares de las ventanas llenos de polvo, una mesa con manchas de tomate o algo parecido, los azulejos de la ducha amarillos de la suciedad y las paredes del baño llenas de manchas y pelos. Otras zonas comunes, como una ventana que hay bajando las escaleras con una capa de polvo de semanas. Pasamos dos noches en este hotel y después de la primera noche llamamos al número de atención que hay en recepción, porque no hay personal 24h. Le comentamos este problema y que por favor mandaran a alguien a limpiar la habitación durante el día, indicándole varios de los problemas como la suciedad debajo del sofá, los alféizares de las ventanas, y los azulejos del baño. Cuando llegamos la noche del segundo día, habían hecho las camas, pero no habían limpiado NADA.
