During the evening and maybe only on weekends loud music is played as there is a wedding hall close to this hotel. The sound is too loud and annoying.

Good quiet place to stay that too in a lane parallel to a busy Fatima Nagar road. Thanks to good people at reception who allowed me to stay for the night because I had a relative at Inamdar Hospital, for the second time in three evenings. Two complimentary 500 ml water bottles provided. Good room, nice lighting, comfortable clean bed, toilet and bathroom. Great forceful shower head, allowing for a refreshing bath, good geyser system for hot water. Comfy bed, and air conditioner in good condition for me to get a comfortable night's sleep. Decent morning breakfast, poha was not warm, but masala dosa freshly made, and coffee made up for it. Nice cozy place for overnight stay for those traveling to Pune. I haven't tried the room service for food or water, so can't comment.

Two bath towels would have better than one. A little clothesline for drying clothes would have helped. The breakfast seating and buffet can be more imaginatively and efficiently arranged.

I chose Kedari Residency (KR) on an emergency basis, as it is close to Inamdar Hospital where I needed to be for a relative. I hadn't slept for a night and the waiting room didn't have space for me to sleep, hence I checked on booking.com for a affordable place to catch up on crucial sleep. KR is located barely 200 odd meters from the hospital, and the hotel host graciously allowed me to stay after understanding my situation. The room was clean, with mineral water bottles, bath towel provided and a comfortable bed. It helped me refresh and catch up on sound sleep, followed by a complimentary buffet breakfast which was good, but could have been better. Overall, great place for a comfortable in-transit stay if you traveling to Pune. About 30 mins from Pune Station and 45-1 hour from Pune Airport.

Only suggestion would be to improve the serving quality and quality of breakfast. It was not bad, only that the poha needed to be heated more, the toast was OK, and the tea was OK too.
