"Discrimination against oci and foreign citizens"

They took full photo with a cell phone. Not sure if it was the employee phone. They discriminate oci and foreign citizens They force people to keep passport even tho we have oci. They made it mandatory for foreign citizens.

The cleanliness and the view the room had to offer

Wasn't informed in prior that the hotel wasn't couple friendly.And was initially denied accomodation after reaching the vicinity. No hot water provision for bathing. House keeping is available only for a limited time period.

"Worst service "

I checked in in the afternoon from international travel . They can’t provide hot water in the evening for bath . They said hot water available only in the morning . I informed them my check out in the morning by 6 am and ensure hot water. And nobody there to ensure hot water availability in the morning before I check out
