Days Inn by Wyndham Trumann AR

I was late getting there called front desk was told it was ok then they cancelled my room so I show up and couldn't even get in the building bc the doors we're locked but it says 24 hour service I called inside and was hung up on repeatedly by the owner

Got our room online, looked at the pictures and reviews. The pictures over sold the condition of property. But the price was 1/2 of what anything in Jonesboro had to offer. So I guess the old saying “you get what you pay for.

Breakfast was minuscule. Beds were comfortable and room was clean.

The gentleman that appeared to be trying to hold the property together by himself was nice and very attentive. The room beyond our standards of cleanliness. There were boxes, and old furniture, stacked all around the property. Both inside the check in area and outside common areas. And, what's the deal with the 'bang your shin in the middle of the night' bed frame sticking out? It was good enough for one night.

Convenient location and was clean.

Mosquitoes were plentiful from the car to the room. Breakfast was disappointing.

Roaches in room smelled like weed. Pool dirty. Possibly bed bugs?

Old hotel.

I have been a member of Wyndham Rewards for many years and this has been the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. They make everyone pay $100 deposit that is not disclosed on your reservation. They make you pay this when you check in as a separate charge. It took 3 times during check in to get a clean room. The first 2 rooms had never been clean from previous guests. The rooms smelled like smoke. Don’t stay here. Yes it’s cheap, but you get what you pay for. NEVER AGAIN!!!

The room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel was a good value. The breakfast could have been a little better but it was ok. The night clerk was extremely helpful and we appreciate her very much!
