location is great, apartments are luxurious, well kept and clean. Building of the new section behind pool areas is noisy and unattractive. They say it will be completed mid 2019. restaurant is substandard considering the residence quality. Food is poor and not very flavored. However, you will pay very high price for poor quality.

Service, views, location, food and rooms are all 5 stars! Will definitely return!! My new fave place to stay in Cabo! Highly recommend splurging for the ocean view rooms, worth every penny.

It was beautiful inside and out! Physically beautiful and amazing views but the heart and soul was equally beautiful. The staff were so friendly and went the extra mile at every turn to be accommodating! Unbelievable. We have never experienced such hospitality and graciousness! And the food in the restaurant was EXCELLENT! The massage by Norma and Minerva was out of this world!

It is a stunningly beautiful property, and the very best location in Cabo, as you can walk to own, the marina, and Medano Beach. Fantastic food and service.

I have no problem paying for luxury accommodations or service. Our beautiful ocean view was blocked by scaffolding as repairs were made to the unit above. A simple misunderstanding re: the guest policy was treated without any understanding or accommodation. Finally, we waited for service at the beach ... asked for service which was ultimately delayed ... I ended up with a $24 bill for 3 small waters and a complaint about the tip ... never again - total bs.

"We love the Hacienda!"

This is an outstanding place to stay. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant is excellent, and you can't beat the location. It has a beautiful pool area and lovely beach for swimming.
