Only stayed here because we couldn’t get into the Isles Inn for the 1st of our 3-night stay in Portree. For the price (£280) for one night B&B, we were expecting a lot more, but it was disappointing. I had to walk sideways to get down the side of the bed & could hear everything from the adjoining room (not staying with us). We were placed on a table with 6 other people at breakfast, without being asked if we were ok with this. We were told at check-in that our names would be on the table, but there was no mention of sharing it with 6 strangers. Breakfast was lukewarm at best & although the cooked breakfast came with toast, I had to ask for it & by the time it came I had all but finished. Also, to get to our room (& several others) required walking through the dining room. This was ok when it was empty at check-in, but not ideal having people walking through with cases during breakfast. The email I received asking for feedback asked me to select from Luxury, Great View, Romantic, Quiet, Child-Friendly, Great Value & High Tech, but as none applied & I didn't tick any, I could not proceed with my review, so have put it here instead. Said email also said 'if you had a great time, leave a review on Tripadvisor' !!

El hotel tiene un estilo encantador, la habitación era mucho más grande de lo esperado y la cama gigante y muy comoda, lo cual se agradece porque en la Isla de Skye básicamente se puede hacer senderismo y terminas el día en KO. Desayuno rico y muy correcto, todo a la carta. El personal absolutamente encantador.

Esta un poco alejado del centro de Portree pero se puede ir andando perfectamente, unos 15-20 minutos de caminata. Me fastidió que al principio nos indicaron que habría servicio de cena, luego que no, y al llegar allí que solo habría una de las dos noches. Confiando en eso a la hora de cenar fuimos y no había servicio de cena tampoco esa noche. Siendo las 19:45 de un domingo tuvimos que tirar del super del pueblo porque estaba todo cerrado.

Il grande salone della colazione è molto bello. La camera era recentemente rinnovata e il bagno nuovo.

La posizione è scomoda e in un ambiente poco accogliente. La nostra camera si affacciava nel parcheggio auto.
