Can’t say enough about the cleanliness and location of this property. The gardens and pool area are beautiful. Housekeeping did an excellent job. Shuttle service to Hard Rock Stadium was a huge plus! Definitely will stay here again when attending games at Hard Rock Stadium!

Incredible front desk staff and housekeeping team. I have been staying there monthly for the past year and the front of the house team has been incredible. Jonathan and the rest of the front desk team are great!

Nice hotel, clean and staff was very attentive to our needs Restaurant was great morning, noon and night. Staff in restaurant very nice also Would definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again

"Showers need improvements"

We went for a family get together and took our mom who needed a handicap acessable room. Well the shower was a bathtub and when we called down to ask for a walking shower they said they didn’t have any in the hotel.I had to help my mom get in and out everyday for her shower. That should be remedied because how is anyone in a wheelchair suppose to get in and out of the shower. Also the bedding needs improvement of the old blankets and get some duvets with a Down or down alternative.
