"My stay was uncomfortable, unwelcoming, and unappreciated."

The property is nothing like the pictures posted on the website. Andrew Green was the gentleman that came on site to assist us. He was very unwelcoming definitely not a people person. He made a simple check in so complicated. After an hour of trying to set up the codes for the door and the main gate we got to our room only to find out one of the codes he entered was wrong. The rooms are not clean and had a bad smell, the sheets and pillowcases were dirty as well as the bathroom towels and bath tub. Tried to go take a shower and there was no hot water called him and thats when he informed us there’s a switch that needs to be turned on before so we can get hot water. To conclude I recommend they spend less money on the technology and spend more upgrading the rooms.

"The apartment was clean and in an ideal location but frustrating"

The location was perfect the estate was good with it being a gated estate ecept the last few days when the gates were not working that i ended up having to park outside due to the amount of vehicles and the bad parking

The only room with A/C was the bedroom, no fan in the sitting area. If you opened the door flies came in so you keep it shut so you were burning up. The net on the bedroom window didn't fit so you couldn't open the window as mosquitoes would come in. The internet was shocking. The tv was internet based so you couldn't watch anything not even the local channels. I had to rely on my hard drive for my entertainment.
