Cold water in shower. ' Outlet count is very small. Reception worker not nice. Parking lot very scary. Facilities are very old and used. Cleaning of the room is bad. Good things - location, breakfast.

It's only 3 minutes walk to the main street. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. The room, a corner room was very spacious and clean with a large bathroom. The breakfast was very good and served by nice staff. This also was good value and I'd recommend the hotel.

Recently stayed in this hotel. The decor could do with updating but the staff were lovely, extremely friendly and helpful. It's an ideal base within walking distance for all the city and provides secure parking at a very reasonable price across the road.

I met about half a dozen staff over the duration of my stay and every one of them was friendly and very helpful, in a natural way with no superficiality. Well Done!!

We stayed for 3 nights. The staff were very nice, however the bar service was somewhat slow. Breakfast was very good and the breakfast staff were very nice. Front desk service was especially helpful. Overall, a very good stay.

I have been using this hotel for many years. The location is convenient and up to now, the food ok. Alas, on this occasion everything left a lot to be desired - food, facilities The staff were polite. They advise me the hotel is in the process of being upgraded.

The only downfall was paying 16€ for 2 sandwiches which were just 2 slices bread with ham and cheese slapped in the middle.. horrible they were but other than that everything g else was good
