AEWe stayed at Van der Valk Hotel Heerlen from April 18 to May 1. This was our third long stay, but this time the experience was very disappointing On the day of departure, my disabled mother felt very unwell and needed to rest. I asked for a late check-out until 12:00, but the manager (Lin) refused. At 11:20 we received rude phone calls telling us to come to reception within 5 minutes. At check-out, we were also asked to pay again for breakfast and tourist tax, which were already paid. Staff attitude was arrogant and unfriendly. Housekeeping was poor, and service requests were ignored
